GO RANKING FOR TEACHERS GO FAQ GO PLAYERS LINKS

Welcome to our beginner's GO page. This site is designed to help ease new individuals into the complex, but fun, world of GO. You will find, within this site, basic strategy ,examples of games, other players and much more.

In the Microsoft Gaming Zone, we have spent many hours teaching new players the basics of the game. These teachers have found that the majority of the new players just don't understand the rules. We hope this site will help these individuals gain a better understanding of what the rest of us see in GO. Good luck and thank you for stopping by.

SPECIAL THANKS:

I would like to take this time to thank Milton N. Bradley for all the time he has spent helping on this web site. Visit his site at Milt's Go Page for lots of great information on Go.

I would also like to thank BigBlu. BigBlu who worked very hard on making the GO Tournament as much fun as it was and has helped a great deal with my site. I would also like to thank BigBlu for all the time spent teaching me and others the fine art of playing Go.

"Watching an expert player of GO is like watching a painter work. At first the moves look like meaningless strokes of a brush. Then one stroke later, the beauty of the picture becomes clear." - ME0003
